4. Final Approval:
After completing the revisions, the final design is presented for your approval. If the design meets your expectations, we proceed to the development phase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Revision Scope:
– Revisions are limited to the design phase only. Once the design is approved and we move to development, changes may incur additional charges.
-Revisions must be provided in writing or during a scheduled review session to ensure clarity.
Eligibility for Refund:
– To qualify for the refund, the client must communicate dissatisfaction explicitly after the Second revision rounds.
– Dissatisfaction must pertain to design elements within the scope outlined during the kickoff process. Requests outside the original project scope may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
– If you’re dissatisfied after the second revision, the contract will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
– Once a refund is issued, all design files and assets created during the project will remain the property of Tyrel Wilgosh and cannot be used without written permission.
Exclusions:
– Refunds do not apply to additional services or add-ons outside the core design process, such as SEO services, hosting fees, or third-party integrations.

4. Launch and Final Payment:
Once you’re satisfied with the demo, we’ll proceed to launch your website. It will go live, fully functional and ready to serve your business needs. Only after your site is live will the remaining balance be billed.

– The initial deposit is a fixed percentage of the total project cost, as outlined in your contract. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your project in our workflow.
Design Approval:
– All design approvals must be confirmed in writing before development begins. Once development starts, further design changes may incur additional fees.
Final Payment:
– The remaining balance will be billed within 5 business days of the website’s official launch. Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice terms (e.g., Net 7 or Net 10).
Launch Delays:
– If delays occur due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed feedback, missing content, or unresponsiveness), the final payment may be billed once the website is deemed complete and ready for launch.
Refunds:
– Refunds are not applicable once the development phase begins unless the project is terminated by Tyrel Wilgosh Web Designs.
